Welcome to August's BrightRx: Cocktail Edition. Vinegar is widely known as an indispensable tool in the kitchen. It brightens salad dressings and restores balance in dishes. However, vinegar also makes a refreshing, delicious addition to cocktails. Its acidity packs a punch in drinks, and it is a fun and delicious way to transform your cocktails. Shrubs, or drinking vinegars, have been a significant element in drinks for years, dating back to Ancient Rome. Our founder, Aishwarya Iyer, has shared her favorite gin cocktail for us using PARASOL.

- 2 oz gin (I love AMASS)
- 1/2 oz Brightland PARASOL citrus champagne vinegar
- 5 oz sparkling water (I love UGLY or SANZO)
- 6-8 mint leaves
- 1 slice of orange
