We are currently hiring two full-time roles: a Sales/BD Manager and a Community Manager.


 

Sales/Business Development Manager (FT)


The Role:

• The Sales Manager is responsible for developing new retail relationships along with managing existing accounts.

• Day-to-day management of the Brightland wholesale business

• Successfully pitch & take on new retailers as well as grow new territories.

• Manage existing wholesale accounts and stockist relationships

• Build corporate gifting program with new corporate accounts. 

• Work closely with Community Manager on stockist on-site tastings and events ...and more.


You are:

Enthusiastic, passionate, dedicated, nimble and agile, meticulous and ready to join a fast-moving, fast-growing company.

Based in LA - this is not a remote role.


You have:

• 2-4 years of wholesale experience, ideally in food, lifestyle, wellness.

• Existing relationships with strategic mid size and large retailers

• New business development in pitching to retailers

• Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities

A Community Manager (FT)


The Role:

• Develop long lasting relationship between Brightland and food and beverage community, wellness and fashion communities.

• Plan and execute all Brightland tastings and community events.

• Handle all day to day customer experience, subscriber happiness and customer service.

• Ensure seamless order entry processes and great customer service

• Handle customer inquiries regarding credit, delivery, product information and other inquiries

• Ensure timely collections, accurate discounts and returns, and payment resolution issues

• Work closely with Operations to ensure a coordinated approach to fulfillment and inventory management 

• Organize customer feedback for the development process of products or updates to existing products

You are:

• 1-3 years of customer service and community management experience, ideally in food, hospitality, lifestyle, wellness.

• Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities

• Exceptional customer experience skills and concierge mentality.

• Community-building skills and passion to bring people together

• Extreme attention to detail
