RAPTURE Ingredients: Vinegar (diluted with water to 5% acidity), Organic Cane Sugar, Triple Crown Blackberries.
PARASOL Ingredients: Vinegar (diluted with water to 5% acidity), Organic Cane Sugar, Navel and Valencia Oranges.

About the Olive Oil
Polyphenol Count
At the time of harvest, AWAKE has a polyphenol count of 592 mg/kg and ALIVE has a polyphenol count of 678 mg/kg (most oils test at 80-150 mg/kg). A high polyphenol count means our olive oil is loaded with disease-fighting antioxidants and powerful anti-inflammatory properties like oleocanthal; you’ll be boosting your well-being with every bite.
Smoke Point
With a smoke point of 410 degrees, there’s no need to shy away from the heat required of certain dishes.
Free Fatty Acids
AWAKE was tested at 0.12%. ALIVE was tested at 0.105% (extra virgin olive oil must feature a free acidity lower than 0.8%).

AWAKE and ALIVE are Brightland's bold and robust extra virgin olive oils grown on small family farms in California’s Central Coast. Our olives are cold-pressed by a master miller within 90 minutes of harvest for freshness and flavor.
About the Vinegar
RAPTURE is a raw Balsamic vinegar that is double fermented with California zinfandel grapes and ripe Triple Crown blackberries. PARASOL is a raw Champagne vinegar double fermented with Navel and Valencia oranges. Both vinegars are lovingly crafted on a small, family-run farm in California’s Central Coast.
