- Awake, our bold and robust cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil designed for grilling, roasting, sautéing, stews, and bread. Made with early-harvest Arbequina and Lecciana olives.
- Parasol is a raw Champagne vinegar that is double fermented with California chardonnay grapes and juicy Navel and Valencia oranges.
- Orange Blossom Honey is a radiantly golden honey. Intensely-floral and amber hued with a clean, citrus finish.
- The Spout is our much-requested, brushed gold, stainless steel spout to ensure smooth pours.

About the Olive Oil
Packaged in a 375 mL / 12.7 fl oz fully-recyclable glass bottle that has been UV-coated to protect the olive oil from damaging light.

About the Vinegar
Packaged in a 200 mL / 6.7 fl oz fully-recyclable glass bottle.
Ingredients: Champagne vinegar, pure cane sugar, oranges
About the Honey
Ingredients: 100% pure raw, unfiltered honey.
Each recyclable glass jar contains 9 oz of honey.
Pure honey crystallizes over time or with exposure to cold temperatures. Enjoy as-is, or immerse in warm water (~100F) until it reliquifies.
Do not feed honey to babies under one year of age.

Our extra virgin olive oils have a polyphenol count ranging from 280-330 mg/kg. A high polyphenol count in our olive oil means it's rich in antioxidants and has strong anti-inflammatory properties, such as oleocanthal, supporting your well-being with every bite.

Awake Extra Virgin Olive Oil has a smoke point of 445°F. Because of the high quality and freshness of Brightland oil, you can cook with it however you like.

Recieived Brightland gifts for Christmas, what a wonderful surprise! The orange blossom honey is so flavorful and a gorgeous color, truly a delight. The olive oil and honey are wonderful! I paired the olive oil with their Rapture basalmic vinegar for a basic vinagarette - it was out of this world!
The containers for the oil and vinegar are well made - easy to pour from and no dribbles down the side.
The honey is amazing as well and what brought me Brightland’s website. It was included in a tasting of several honeys on Cook’s Coutry tv show. It got rave reviews from them and now gets another great review from me.
I havent tried the chapagne vinegar yet but I have high expectations!

Brightland's olive oil's taste is excellent. My favorite is the ALIVE. It is not too heavy and works well paired with Brightland Champagne vinegar for salads and I drizzle it over my home made granola which I then mix with yogurt for a delicious breakfast!

Wow! This is my new go to. I can't stop using the olive oil on everything. I also love using both to create delicious dressings. If you're thinking about purchasing this set, do it! It makes dressing up a salad or any type of vegetable dish extremely easy and so tasty. I have already bought this set for two other people as a gift you can't go wrong.
