These olives are carefully harvested at peak freshness and cold-pressed by a master miller within hours to ensure you get the most flavorful experience possible. Every bottle reflects our commitment to quality and the dedicated farmers behind each harvest.
Made from Arbequina and Arbosana olives and infused with pure Sumo Citrus extract. Harvested in October 2024.

Grown with care in California’s San Joaquin Valley, each fruit is hand-picked and perfectly ripe. We infused the whole citrus into our oil and let time do the work, creating a bright, sun-warmed flavor with notes of mandarin peel, nectar, and soft citrus oils — zero bitterness and just the right amount of sweetness.
