Rapture is a raw balsamic vinegar that is double fermented with California zinfandel grapes and ripe Triple Crown blackberries, created by family farms in very limited batches.

LOVE Rapture!
This is the best balsamic I ever tasted. I use it on salads daily with just a little of one of the Brightland oils and I find I don't need salad dressings anymore. It really is delicious.

Parasol is the key to making show stopping salad dressing. Olive oil, dijon mustard, salt, pepper and Parasol... incredible. I use it to thin store bought dressings for lighter brighter flavor and to lower the fat content, too. Make pickled red onions with it!
