Rapture is a raw balsamic vinegar that is double fermented with California zinfandel grapes and ripe Triple Crown blackberries, created by family farms in very limited batches.

LOVE Rapture!
This is the best balsamic I ever tasted. I use it on salads daily with just a little of one of the Brightland oils and I find I don't need salad dressings anymore. It really is delicious.

I first received some rapture balsamic and a bottle of olive oil as a gift, now I’m on my 3rd bottle and have also purchased other flavors. I’m obsessed. I just put the balsamic by itself on my spinach salad and it’s divine. I recommend it to everyone.

It’s very difficult to find a quality product in my area although it is urban. I fell in love with a champagne vinaigrette at a restaurant in Nashville and wanted to duplicate it as closely as possible which meant a search that lead me to Parasol. The company’s website offers a much better price than anywhere on the internet. I have ordered it time and again and never been disappointed!
