About The Spout
The Spout is our much-requested, brushed gold, stainless steel spout. It has a rubber stopper cork that fits securely in the bottle, a straw that lives inside the spout to limit spills and ensure smooth pours, and a lid to protect the oil. Fits in - and looks beautiful with - all full size Brightland Olive Oil bottles.

These olives are carefully harvested at peak freshness and cold-pressed by a master miller within hours to ensure you get the most flavorful experience possible. Every bottle of Brightland olive oil reflects our commitment to quality and the dedicated farmers behind each harvest.
- Pizza Oil is made from Arbequina and Arbosana olives cold-pressed and flavored with jalapeño peppers, oregano, basil, and garlic.
- Alive is made with Arbosana and Koreneiki olives.
About the Vinegar
Brightland’s vinegars are lovingly crafted on a small family farm in California’s Central Coast. To make our fruit-forward vinegars, local produce is handpicked and prepared for each batch. The fruit is then fermented for 8 weeks to extract a deep, aromatic flavor. Both vinegars are raw and double-fermented. Rapture is a raw Balsamic vinegar that is double fermented with California zinfandel grapes and ripe Triple Crown blackberries.
