Castelvetrano Extra Virgin Olive Oil
A crisp, luminous single-varietal 100% extra virgin olive oil cold-pressed from Nocellara del Belice olives hand-harvested early, while still firm and light green, from heritage groves in Sicily tended by multi-generational farmers. Nocellara del Belice is the olive behind the world-famous Castelvetrano snacking olive, grown nowhere else.

Kalamata Extra Virgin Olive Oil
A naturally bold and lush single-varietal 100% extra virgin olive oil — pressed from Kalamata olives harvested early, while still green, from ancestral family groves in the Greek Peloponnese. Kalamata is one of the world's most prized table olives. As an oil, it is exceptionally rare.

Every Brightland bottle embodies our dedication to the craft of the harvest and the careful protection of our extra virgin olive oil, from our mill to your countertop.
We partner very intentionally with growers and producers who prioritize integrity, harvesting only the finest olives early and cold-pressing them within hours to lock in their vibrant character.
To ensure every bottle arrives as fresh and flavorful as the day it was pressed, we use UV-coated glass and nitrogen-capping to safeguard its exceptional flavor, freshness, and antioxidant integrity.

Brightland's products are produced using equipment that does not process any of the nine major allergens.
Brightlands products are bottled in a facility with strict allergen controls. Our packing facility is using dedicated equipment in a segregated area of our facility to produce any allergen containing products. Our bottling facility does pack another product containing a soy allergen, using caution and dedicated equipment in a segregated area of the facility.
