The Greek Grid

Juicy tomatoes, crisp cucumbers, briny olives, and salty feta, all glossed in our new Kalamata Extra Virgin Olive Oil. It's officially olive girl summer!

Ingredients

  • Ripe cherry tomatoes
  • Mini persion cucumbers
  • 1 block of feta
  • Kalamata olives
  • Brightland Kalamata Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Dried oregano
  • Flakey salt
  • Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut your feta, cucumber, and tomatoes into bite sized pieces.
  2. Arrange them in a tidy alternating grid.
  3. Place Kalamata olives throughout.
  4. Finish with a generous drizzle of Brightand Kalamata Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
  5. Season with a pinch of dried oregano and freshly cracked black pepper.
