About the Vinegar
Our vinegars are each packaged in a 200 mL / 6.7 fl oz fully-recyclable glass bottle.

Rapture Ingredients: Vinegar (diluted with water to 5% acidity), Cane Sugar, Triple Crown Blackberries.

Parasol Ingredients: Vinegar (diluted with water to 5% acidity), Cane Sugar, Navel and Valencia Oranges.

About the Honey
Ingredients: 100% pure raw, unfiltered honey.

Each recyclable glass jar contains 9 oz of honey.

Pure honey crystallizes over time or with exposure to cold temperatures. Enjoy as-is, or immerse in warm water (~100F) until it reliquifies.

Do not feed honey to babies under one year of age.

About The Spout
The Spout is our much-requested, brushed gold, stainless steel spout. It has a rubber stopper cork that fits securely in the bottle, a straw that lives inside the spout to limit spills and ensure smooth pours, and a lid to protect the oil. Fits in - and looks beautiful with - all full size Brightland Olive Oil bottles.

About the Mini Whisk
The Brightland Mini Whisk is a brushed gold balloon whisk. A sleek, petite kitchen companion designed for whisking salad dressings, marinades, spices, oil & vinegar, and more.

Size: 5" long. Dishwasher safe, but gentle hand wash recommended.

Polyphenol Count

A high polyphenol count means our olive oil is loaded with disease-fighting antioxidants and powerful anti-inflammatory properties like oleocanthal; you’ll be boosting your well-being with every bite.

Smoke Point
With a smoke point of 410 degrees, there’s no need to shy away from the heat required of certain dishes.

Free Fatty Acids
Awake was tested at 0.11%. Alive was tested at 0.10% (extra virgin olive oil must feature a free acidity lower than 0.8%).

About the Vinegar
Brightland vinegar includes the mother, a naturally occurring enzyme packed with gut-healthy bacteria.

About the Olive Oil
Our olives are grown on family farms in California’s Northern and Central Valleys. They are cold-pressed by a master miller for freshness and flavor.

About the Vinegar
Rapture is a raw Balsamic vinegar that is double fermented with California zinfandel grapes and ripe Triple Crown blackberries. Parasol is a raw Champagne vinegar double fermented with Navel and Valencia oranges. Both vinegars are lovingly crafted on a small, family-run farm in California’s Central Coast.

About the Honey
Brightland partnered with a small, U.S. family-owned apiary in California's Central Valley run by women-led teams to hand-pick our Orange Blossom Honey. Our 4th generation beekeepers are passionate about maintaining the health of their hives. We sampled nearly 50 types of honey to hand-select the most pure and delicious varieties available, ultimately choosing two raw, unfiltered varieties that are as close as it gets to honey straight from the hive. To make Wildflower and Orange Blossom Honey, bees in California collect nectar from diverse botanical sources, producing two types of honey with wildly unique flavor, aroma and texture.
