Our fruit-forward, double-fermented vinegars add zing to salads, cheese plates, and even cocktails. Each vinegar holds distinct flavor palate and tasting notes, and is lovingly made on a small family farm in California.

Rapture is a raw Balsamic Vinegar that is double fermented with California zinfandel grapes and ripe Triple Crown blackberries.
Parasol is a raw Champagne Vinegar that is double fermented with California chardonnay grapes and juicy Navel and Valencia oranges.
Our vinegars are each packaged in a 200 mL / 6.7 fl oz fully-recyclable glass bottle.
Rapture Ingredients: Vinegar (diluted with water to 5% acidity), Cane Sugar, Triple Crown Blackberries.
Parasol Ingredients: Vinegar (diluted with water to 5% acidity), Cane Sugar, Navel and Valencia Oranges.

Over the Top
I use your vinegars and oils to make my salad dressings, but this weekend I made a Greek chickpea salad and used the Rosette olive oil and instead of white wine vinegar as the recipe called for, I used the Brightland Champagne vinegar. Honestly, these two changes and the addition of artichokes, took this recipe over the top.

Absolutely delicious! Much more complex taste (as Brightland always is) than store bought balsamic that is very heavy on vinegar and has an acutely acidic taste. Used this in a caprese pasta and it perfectly married with the burst tomatoes and mozzarella pearls. Yum!

Parasol Vinegar - fave of all time!
I discovered this vinegar around a year ago, and I swear by it! It is bright, citrus forward, elevated and crisp. I will not use anything else when making vinaigrettes at home. I also brighten up soups, stews, veg dishes with it! Thank you, Brightland!
