A bold and robust extra virgin olive oil made from early-harvest Arbequina and Lecciana olives, offering warm, peppery warmth.
Parasol Champagne Vinegar
A raw Champagne vinegar double-fermented with California Chardonnay grapes and Valencia and Navel oranges
Orange Blossom Honey
A golden, single-estate honey sourced from orange groves with a clean, citrus finish.
The Spout
A brushed gold stainless steel spout for smooth pouring.
The Mini Whisk
A sleek, petite kitchen companion designed for whisking salad dressings, marinades, and more.
This gift set ships in an outer box to ensure safe delivery.
The olive oil is packaged in a 375 mL / 12.7 fl. oz. fully-recyclable glass bottle that has been UV-coated to protect the olive oil from damaging light.
The vinegar is packaged in a 200 mL recyclable glass bottle.
The honey is packaged in a 9 oz recyclable glass jar. Pure honey crystallizes over time or with exposure to cold temperatures. Enjoy as-is, or immerse in warm water (~100F) until it reliquifies. Do not feed honey to babies under one year of age.

Made in California. Brightland's olives are grown on family farms in California’s Central Coast and Valley, where the very best soil and climate meet sustainable farming practices. These olives are carefully harvested at peak freshness and cold-pressed by a master miller within hours to ensure you get the most flavorful experience possible. Every bottle reflects our commitment to quality and the dedicated farmers behind each harvest.
Awake is made with Arbequina and Lecciana olives, harvested October 2024.

Our bottling facility does pack another product containing a soy allergen, using caution and dedicated equipment in a segregated area of the facility.

The olive oil and honey are wonderful! I paired the olive oil with their Rapture basalmic vinegar for a basic vinagarette - it was out of this world!
The containers for the oil and vinegar are well made - easy to pour from and no dribbles down the side.
The honey is amazing as well and what brought me Brightland’s website. It was included in a tasting of several honeys on Cook’s Coutry tv show. It got rave reviews from them and now gets another great review from me.
I havent tried the chapagne vinegar yet but I have high expectations!
