PARASOL is a raw champagne vinegar that is double fermented with California chardonnay grapes and juicy Navel and Valencia oranges. RAPTURE is a raw balsamic vinegar that is double fermented with California zinfandel grapes and ripe Triple Crown blackberries.
Straight from the kitchen of Brightland founder, Aishwarya, we are sharing a Summery Salad to show you how to cook with PARASOL.

A Summery LUCID and PARASOL Salad

Ingredients
- 1 bunch of arugula
- 1 teaspoon Brightland PARASOL
- 1 tablespoon Brightland LUCID
- 1 small bunch of basil
- 6 small sliced radishes
- 5-6 chopped dates
- Cypress Grove Purple Haze Fresh Goat Cheese
- Pinch of sea salt and cracked pepper
Instructions
Pour Brightland PARASOL and Brightland LUCID over arugula, then mix evenly.
Sprinkle basil on top of arugula. Add sea salt and cracked pepper, then mix again.
Toss in radishes, goat cheese crumbles, and chopped dates. Mix thoroughly and enjoy.
