"An impossible to mess up, and incredibly delicious seasonal supreme citrus salad with warm bread. You do not need the fanciest / organic ingredients… you do however need quality sourced and flavorful oil and vinegar! The brightness is brought out by them!" - Samantha

Instructions

  1. Remove skin and slice segments out of your citrus. Set aside.
  2. Using a mandoline, slice 1/2 fine red onion and fennel.
  3. Chop about 1/2 cup pistachios, and 12 Castelvetrano olives.
  4. To assemble, layer in the above order. Top with loads of parm, lemon zest, fresh dill, flat leaf parsley, and tarragon.
  5. Coat generously with Alive Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and a few glugs of Parasol Champagne Vinegar. Enjoy!
