Our friend, content creator and recipe developer, Shey has shared 4 recipes using late summer produce, creating the perfect seasonal spread using Brightland Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Vinegar and Honey.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak (such as sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 8 oz mushrooms, whole or halved
  • Salt and pepper
  • Alive Extra Virgin Olive Oil for grilling

Instructions

  1. Prepare Skewers: Thread steak cubes and mushrooms alternately onto skewers.
  2. Season: Brush with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill: Grill over medium-high heat until steak reaches your desired level of doneness and mushrooms are tender, about 4-5 minutes per side.
