1. Sponsor
The “From Garden to Table Sweepstakes” (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Brightland, Inc., in partnership with Terra Kaffe and Castlery (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of Sponsor, Castlery, Terra Kaffe, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, sibling, child) and household members are not eligible to participate. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
3. Entry Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on October 17, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM ET on October 23, 2025 (“Entry Period”). Entries received outside of the Entry Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
During the Entry Period, visit https://brightland.co/pages/cozy-home-sweepstakes and complete the entry form with your first and last name, valid email address, and any other required information. Limit one (1) entry per person/email address. Multiple entries from the same person/email address will be void. Automated entries are prohibited.
5. Prizes
Three (3) winners will each receive:
A compact automatic espresso machine from Terra Kaffee
A $500 gift card from Castlery
A Selection of Brightland olive oils and vinegars
Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each prize: $1,500. Total ARV of all prizes. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize for one of equal or greater value.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Drawing will be conducted on or about October 31, 2025, by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding. Potential winners will be notified via the email address provided at entry within five (5) days after the drawing. Potential winners must respond within five (5) days of notification or prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Terra Kaffe, Castlery, Brightland and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any claims arising out of participation or receipt/use of any prize. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
8. Publicity
Except where prohibited, participation constitutes winner’s consent for Sponsor and its partners to use winner’s name, likeness, prize information, city and state of residence, and any entry content for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.
9. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at https://brightland.co/pages/privacy-policy.
10. Winners List
For a winners list, email goodday@brightland.co with the subject line “Cozy Home Sweepstakes Winners List Request” within 60 days after the end of the Entry Period.
