Brightland's heirloom olives are grown on family farms in California’s Central Valley and carefully harvested at peak freshness and cold-pressed within hours to ensure you get the most flavorful experience possible. Every bottle reflects our commitment to quality and brings brightness to every bite.
Everyday Cooking Oil is made with Arbequina and Arbosana olives, harvested in November 2024.
Everyday Salad Oil is made with Arbequina, Arbosana and Koroneiki olives, harvested in November 2024.
Awake is made with Arbequina and Lecciana olives, harvested October 2024.
