    The best oil I’ve used

    I absolutely loved using the olive oil for my focaccia bread, once I baked it, I made Frontega chicken sandwich. Everything tasted delicious, even my kids approved.

    this holiday season, I decided to give the most intentional gifts. I sought out to be the most memorable and thoughtful of them all. Sifting through my memories trying to recall little things my loved ones have shared with me that would be included in the most perfect of gifts and I was doing so well gathering information and purchasing all these said “perfect gifts” . Until I got to my dad. Dads. they seem to be the hardest of them all. So relaxed. So “I don’t need anything” type of guys. And listen to each is own, but my dad loves to cook. He’s our resident chef procuring and concocting the most intricate and delectable dishes. I thought so long and hard. Should I get him pots? Pans? Knives? He really does have it all. Then, one night I was out with a friend who won a $150 dollar giant bottle of olive oil at her works Christmas party and was yammering on about how the older you get olive oil truly becomes the gift of all time.
