The Parasol Champagne Vinegar is delicious! After my first try—several years ago—I was hooked and never had bottled dressing (or any other vinegar) on my salad again!

Perfecto!
Absolutely delicious! Much more complex taste (as Brightland always is) than store bought balsamic that is very heavy on vinegar and has an acutely acidic taste. Used this in a caprese pasta and it perfectly married with the burst tomatoes and mozzarella pearls. Yum!

Parasol Vinegar - fave of all time!
I discovered this vinegar around a year ago, and I swear by it! It is bright, citrus forward, elevated and crisp. I will not use anything else when making vinaigrettes at home. I also brighten up soups, stews, veg dishes with it! Thank you, Brightland!

Fabulous Vinegar
I received my order of the pair of vinegars, thank you. It arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. I am just delighted with your product, so glad I found it on Facebook. Both vinegars are incredibly flavorful so much so that I was savoring a teaspoon full of each every morning for the first week. A great gift!
I received a gift of the champagne vinegar, and I ended up loving it so much I bought my own once I finished it! It's just a tiny bit sweet - not too much - and excellent clean flavor. I love it on micrograms and vinegar cole slaw. So tasty!

I have been searching for a vinegar to use in making salad dressings. I wanted something that was a bit milder vinegar because strong vinegars sometimes upset my stomach. I am very excited to have found Parasol! I want to use it as a substitute to stronger vinegars in several of my recipes. I expect that my salads will taste better with Parasol as well.
