Rosette Garlic Flavored Olive Oil
Custom-blended in California for cozy, hearty fare, Aurora tastes piney and resinous, like warm sun on evergreen branches. A fresh herbal lift gives way to a savory, peppery warmth and a dry, elegant finish, bringing aromatic depth and ease to winter cooking.
Aurora Rosemary Flavored Olive Oil
Lovingly made from olives milled within hours of harvest and infused with savory garlic extract, Rosette is the perfect finishing touch to any meal. Rosette tastes warm, savory, and deeply aromatic with a slow-building umami depth, reminiscent of garlic just beginning to caramelize.
Both olive oils are packaged in a 375 mL / 12.7 fl. oz. fully-recyclable glass bottle that has been UV-coated to protect the olive oil from damaging light.
Enjoy With
Use Rosette as the base for simple sautés, finish pasta or eggs, drizzle over warm bread or mashed potatoes, or add depth to roasted vegetables and grilled mushrooms.

About the Olive Oil
100% made in California. Brightland's heirloom olives are grown on family farms in California’s Central Valley and carefully harvested at peak freshness and cold-pressed within hours to ensure you get the most flavorful experience possible. Every bottle reflects our commitment to quality and brings brightness to every bite.
Rosette is made from Arbequina and Arbosana olives and infused with garlic extract.
Aurora is made from Arbequina and Arbosana olives and infused with rosemary extract.
Artist Details
Rosette's label was created in collaboration with California-based multimedia artist Lilian Martinez, also known as bfgf. Through her paintings, sculptures and works on paper, Lilian blends past with present and future, combining classical architectural elements with contemporary pop cultural references to create the settings for her portraits and landscapes.
Aurora's label was created in collaboration with Shawna X, the creative and artistic practice of New York based creative, Shawna Xiayun Huang, known for her vibrant and graphical image-making. Shawna enjoys projects about cultural identity, the creative process, and motherhood. She creates experiences in music, fashion, technology, collaborating with clients such as New Yorker, MINI, Academy Awards, Nike, Google, and Ghostly International.

Brightland's products are produced using equipment that does not process any of the nine major allergens.
Our Facility
Brightlands products are bottled in a facility with strict allergen controls. Our packing facility is using dedicated equipment in a segregated area of our facility to produce any allergen containing products. Our bottling facility does pack another product containing a soy allergen, using caution and dedicated equipment in a segregated area of the facility.
With respect to our infused oils (Lucid, Ardor, Arise, Rosette, Aurora); the flavors do not have any known allergens as ingredients, but they are produced in a facility where dairy, tree nuts, and eggs are present.
