Céline Semaan is a designer, advocate, writer and founder/executive director of Slow Factory and The Library Study Hall. She has pioneered new materials and coined the term “fashion activism”, i.e. using fashion as a medium for social change. Her work has been seen on CNN, Forbes, The New York Times and Vogue. In honor of Brightland x Slow Factory's exclusive partnership, she has shared her recipe for Taboule, a Lebanese vegetarian salad, with us using ALIVE.

"Taboule is a delicious parsley salad where all the ingredients are chopped in tiny pieces. Chopping the ingredients with precision can serve as a beautiful way to engage in culinary meditation."
