From the golden state of California, Brightland’s Rosette is custom-blended for sumptuous, dynamic fare. Lovingly made from olives milled within hours of harvest and infused with savory garlic extract, Rosette is the perfect finishing touch to any meal.
Packaged in a 375 mL / 12.7 fl. oz. fully-recyclable glass bottle that has been UV-coated to protect the olive oil from damaging light.

Artist Details
Rosette's label was created in collaboration with California-based multimedia artist Lilian Martinez. Through her paintings, sculptures and works on paper, Lilian blends past with present and future, combining classical architectural elements with contemporary pop cultural references to create the settings for her portraits and landscapes. Lilian, also known as bfgf, has exhibited her work nationally and internationally, most recently with Ochi Projects, Los Angeles The Naughton Gallery, Belfast, Ireland and Commune, Tokyo, Japan.

Made in California, enjoyed everywhere. Brightland's olives are lovingly grown on family farms in California’s Central Coast and Valley, where the very best soil and climate meet sustainable farming practices. These olives are carefully harvested at peak freshness and cold-pressed by a master miller within hours to ensure you get the most flavorful experience possible. Every bottle of Brightland olive oil reflects our commitment to quality and the dedicated farmers behind each harvest.
Rosette is made from Arbequina and Arbosana olives and infused with garlic extract.

Nut Allergies: To our knowledge, our partner farms’ facilities is a nut-free facility, as they only harvest olives, but we want to be completely transparent about the fact that the facility is not officially certified as nut-free.
With respect to our infused oils (Lucid, Ardor, Arise, Rosette); the flavors do not have any known allergens as ingredients, but they are produced in a facility where dairy, tree nuts, and eggs are present.

I have tried several varieties of Brightland Olive Oil but my absolute favorite is Rosette. This garlic infused olive oil is perfect for salads, vegetables and meat. Whether you use it in a marinade, dressing, or to sauté, you just can’t go wrong with Rosette. I typically purchase 2 bottles and reorder after I have used the first bottle - that way I never run out!

Your Garlic Olive Oil is so good as a finishing oil or in making a vinaigrette. It provides the right amount of flavor without overpowering the dish.

We love these olive oils! They are pricey but worth it. We love the garlic for dipping bread and panic if we are getting close to running out. We use lemon for salad dressing. The empty bottles are beautiful for giving a friend a few fresh flowers. They ship fast and order is well packaged.

I have been using this oil since I discovered Brightland. Their olive oil is of excellent quality and I have many of the flavored oils, such as lemon and rosemary. The garlic is a great way to start many dishes and also works well with salad dressing.
