- Arise Basil Olive Oil is made from Arbosana and Mission olives crushed with fresh basil in the traditional argumato style.
- Lucid Lemon Olive Oil is made from Arbosana olives crushed with fresh lemons in the traditional argumato style.
- Parasol is a raw Champagne vinegar that is double fermented with California chardonnay grapes and juicy Navel and Valencia oranges.

Every bottle of Brightland olive oil reflects our commitment to quality and the dedicated farmers behind each harvest.
About the Vinegar
Brightland’s vinegars are lovingly crafted on a small family farm in California’s Central Coast. To make our fruit-forward vinegars, local produce is handpicked and prepared for each batch. The fruit is then fermented for 8 weeks to extract a deep, aromatic flavor. Both vinegars are raw and double-fermented.
