About the Olive Oil

- ALIVE is our smooth and grassy cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil ideal for salads, hummus, baked goods, fresh greens, and bread. Made with early-harvest Arbequina and Arbosana olives.

- ARDOR is our 100% chili olive oil lovingly blended with red chili peppers, jalapeño peppers, chipotle peppers, paprika and early-harvest Frantoio olives.

- ARISE is our 100% basil olive oil lovingly blended with basil and early-harvest Frantoio olives.

Each olive oil is packaged in a 100 mL / 3.4 fl oz fully-recyclable glass bottle that has been UV-coated to protect the olive oil from damaging light.


About the Vinegar
Our champagne vinegar is packaged in a 100 mL / 3.4 fl oz fully-recyclable glass bottle.

PARASOL Ingredients: Vinegar (diluted with water to 5% acidity), Organic Cane Sugar, Navel and Valencia Oranges.

About the Olive Oil
Brightland's bold and robust olive oils are grown on small family farms in California’s Central Coast. Our olives are cold-pressed by a master miller within 90 minutes of harvest for freshness and flavor.


About the Vinegar
PARASOL is a raw Champagne vinegar double fermented with Navel and Valencia oranges, lovingly crafted on a small, family-run farm in California’s Central Coast.

Nut Allergies: To our knowledge, our partner farms’ facilities are nut-free facilities but we want to be completely transparent about the fact that the facilities are not officially certified as nut-free. 

With respect to our ARDOR chili-infused olive oil and ARISE basil olive oil; the flavor infusions do not have any known allergens as ingredients, but they are produced in a facility where dairy, tree nuts, and eggs are present. 

Other Allergies: These products are 100% plant-based, vegan, gluten-free, and cruelty-free.
