A chilled, yogurt base maybe does not qualify in the typical "broth-based" soup category, but this summer soup (Tarator) will leave you recharged for the rest of the day. You can always rely on simple, light lunches in the hot summer months.
All you need:
yogurt (2 cups)
water ( 1 cup)
dill (2 tbsps chopped)
walnuts (1/4 cup)
garlic (1 clove)
salt (to taste)
ALIVE (to taste)
Mix 2 parts yogurt to 1 part water.
Finely chop up dill, walnuts, garlic, and cucumbers.
Sprinkle some salt, drizzle Brightland's ALIVE and enjoy.
