Product Details

A smooth, grassy California extra virgin olive oil with a delicate, balanced flavor. A versatile favorite for dipping, dressing, cooking, and finishing.

Tasting Notes

Soft almond and green banana rise from the glass, followed by a silken, buttery body and a finish as clean and balanced as a California morning. Intensity: Delicate.

Ways to Use

Pour into a shallow dish for dipping warm, crusty bread. Toss with fresh greens, lemon, and shaved Parmesan. Finish silky pasta, creamy white beans, or roasted vegetables. Bake into a tender olive oil cake. Cook with it daily; it's made for it.

Sourcing & Harvest

Made in California

Our olives grow on family farms across California’s Central Coast and Valley, where sun-warmed soil and sustainable farming meld together. Each one is picked at its peak and cold-pressed by our master miller within hours, so every pour tastes as bright as the day it left the tree.

ALIVE olives were pressed and harvested in October 2025.

Allergen Information
Brightland products are produced using equipment that does not process any of the nine major allergens. Our products are bottled in a facility with strict allergen controls, where any allergen-containing products are produced on dedicated equipment in a segregated area. This includes one product containing soy, which is packed with caution under the same controls.
