The days are getting warmer, and Brightland's Chef in Residence, Noreen Wasti, has created a burrata plate that encapsulates early summer sunshine. Her creamy burrata plate is sweet, herbaceous, and the ultimate centerpiece for seasonal cheese boards.
"Creamy dreamy burrata is a favorite. This simple no-recipe-recipe comes together in just a few minutes and truly captures the beauty of Brightland’s basil oil ARISE. Be generous and pour many, many glugs. I dolloped little clusters of golden honeycomb on top adding stunning sweetness and contrast. Serve on a platter with plenty of crusty, toasted bread for dipping."
