Rapture is a raw balsamic vinegar that is double fermented with California zinfandel grapes and ripe Triple Crown blackberries.

Brightlands products are bottled in a facility with strict allergen controls. Our packing facility is using dedicated equipment in a segregated area of our facility to produce any allergen containing products. Our bottling facility does pack another product containing a soy allergen, using caution and dedicated equipment in a segregated area of the facility.

I have been using ALIVE AND AWAKE Olive Oil for quite a while now and love it. Great light taste, perfect for cooking and making salad dressings and roasted veggies. Love this product for the blend of the acidity and the sweet. I know it wouldn’t be the same, but is it possible to make one with 2 grams of sugar vs 4 per serving. I use this for almost anything and everything and replace it for lemon where I can. Much easier to pour than juice and it gives that extra tangy background:!
Anyway, just a question, 2 vs 4 grams of sugar?

My daughter is addicted to this balsamic-she literally eats it on everything so I like to keep her stocked up. She especially eats it with rice and as a dip with crudite. We are fans for life!
