Rosette Garlic Flavored Olive Oil
A rich and savory garlic olive oil with a slow-building umami depth, reminiscent of garlic just beginning to caramelize. Lovingly made with 100% California extra virgin olive oil infused with garlic extract, Rosette has all the flavor of fresh garlic, none of the peeling, mincing, or lingering smell on your hands.
Lucid Lemon Flavored Olive Oil
Lucid is an elegant and versatile citrus olive oil; bright, clean and sunlit, with no bitterness. Lovingly made from cold-pressed, 100% California olives infused with whole real lemon and peel extract, Lucid adds a refreshing, citrus finish to any plate.
Both olive oils are packaged in a 375 mL / 12.7 fl. oz. fully-recyclable glass bottle that has been UV-coated to protect the olive oil from damaging light.

Rosette is the perfect base for simple sautés, finishing pasta or eggs, and adds depth to roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, warm bread, and grilled mushrooms. The kind of quiet richness fall cooking calls for.
Lucid is a natural match for seafood and vegetables. Use on grilled fish, shrimp, or scallops, roasted asparagus or broccoli, and simple salads. Brighten grains, chicken, and pasta dishes, or drizzle over ricotta, and chocolate ice cream for a subtle spicy finish.

About the Olive Oil
100% made in California. Brightland's heirloom olives are grown on family farms in California’s Central Valley and carefully harvested at peak freshness and cold-pressed within hours to ensure you get the most flavorful experience possible. Every bottle reflects our commitment to quality and brings brightness to every bite.
Rosette is made from Arbequina and Arbosana olives and infused with garlic extract.
Lucid is made from Arbequina olives and infused with lemon oil.
Allergen Information
Nut Allergies: To our knowledge, our partner farms’ facilities is a nut-free facility, as they only harvest olives, but we want to be completely transparent about the fact that the facility is not officially certified as nut-free.
With respect to our infused oils (Lucid, Ardor, Arise, Rosette); the flavors do not have any known allergens as ingredients, but they are produced in a facility where dairy, tree nuts, and eggs are present.
Other Allergies: This product is 100% plant-based, vegan, gluten-free, and cruelty-free.

Artist Details
Rosette's label was created in collaboration with California-based multimedia artist Lilian Martinez, also known as bfgf. Through her paintings, sculptures and works on paper, Lilian blends past with present and future, combining classical architectural elements with contemporary pop cultural references to create the settings for her portraits and landscapes.
Lucid's label was crafted in collaboration with Amsterdam-based artist B.D. Graft. Known for his series “Add Yellow," Graft worked closely with Brightland to create an eye-catching label that expresses their shared vision for Brightland's first artist label bottle.

Brightland's products are produced using equipment that does not process any of the nine major allergens.
Our Facility
Brightlands products are bottled in a facility with strict allergen controls. Our packing facility is using dedicated equipment in a segregated area of our facility to produce any allergen containing products. Our bottling facility does pack another product containing a soy allergen, using caution and dedicated equipment in a segregated area of the facility.

The taste is wonderful and I like to keep it on hand. However, a big one, why can’t I get refills and put it in my bottles? I’ve asked my grandchildren to decorate the bottles but how many do I need? I think the bottles are a big part of the cost.
