To celebrate the launch of their brand new Thin Pizza Crust, we've teamed up with Sweet Loren's, along with food stylist and recipe developer Alex Roberts to create this creamy and fresh pizza with Pizza Oil.
Preheat the oven to 425 F. Unroll pizza crust and remove from parchment. Place on a
baking sheet and brush edges with Pizza Oil. Bake for 5 minutes.
Add broccoli to boiling water and cook for 2 minutes. Shock in ice water to stop cooking. (Slice larger pieces of baby broccoli into thinner strips if needed).
Spread the pesto on the pizza crust, leaving a 1-inch border. Sprinkle on the mozzarella cheese, then top with baby broccoli and preserved lemon.
Bake for 5-6 minutes, until the cheese is bubbling. Add burrata to the center and garnish with Pizza Oil and basil leaves. Serve hot.
