A premium extra virgin olive oil made in California from early-harvest California-grown Arbequina and Lecciana olives, offering robust, peppery flavor.
Lucid Lemon Flavored Olive Oil
A bright and zesty olive oil made from 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil infused with bright lemon oil. No artificial flavors.
Rosette Garlic Flavored Olive Oil
A savory olive oil made from 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil infused with rich garlic extract. No artificial flavors.
Parasol Champagne Vinegar
A raw Champagne vinegar double-fermented with California Chardonnay grapes and Valencia and Navel oranges.
The olive oil is packaged in a 375 mL / 12.7 fl. oz. fully-recyclable glass bottle that has been UV-coated to protect the olive oil from damaging light.
The vinegar is packaged in a 200 mL recyclable glass bottle.

Brightland olive oils are made from only the finest olives - grown, harvested and cold–pressed at peak freshness in California, where quality standards are rigorous and exceed International standards by up to 4x. To ensure every olive oil bottle arrives as fresh and flavorful as the day it was pressed, we use UV-coated glass and nitrogen-capping to safeguard its exceptional flavor, freshness, and antioxidant integrity.
Brightland vinegars are handmade in small batches on a family-run organic farm on California's Central Coast, where fruit is hand-selected and double-fermented. Never rushed, never mass-produced.
Harvest Details
About the Olive Oil
Made in California. Brightland's olives are grown on family farms in California’s Central Valley, where the very best soil and climate meet sustainable farming practices. These olives are carefully harvested at peak freshness, cold-pressed within hours and composed into olive oils by a master miller to ensure you get the most flavorful experience possible.
Awake is made with Arbequina and Lecciana olives, harvested October 2025.
Lucid and Rosette are made with Arbequina and Arbosana olives, harvested in November 2025.
About the Vinegar
Brightland's vinegars are lovingly crafted on a small, family-run farm in California's Central Coast. Each vinegar is fermented with fruit grown in California, and double-fermented — a natural, four-month process that builds bold, fruit-forward flavor. Brightland vinegars include the mother, a naturally occurring enzyme packed with gut-healthy bacteria.

Brightlands products are bottled in a facility with strict allergen controls. Our packing facility is using dedicated equipment in a segregated area of our facility to produce any allergen containing products. Our bottling facility does pack another product containing a soy allergen, using caution and dedicated equipment in a segregated area of the facility.
