Castelvetrano Extra Virgin Olive Oil A crisp, luminous single-varietal 100% extra virgin olive oil cold-pressed from Nocellara del Belice olives, hand-harvested early, while still firm and light green, from heritage groves in Sicily tended by multi-generational farmers. Nocellara del Belice is the olive behind the world-famous Castelvetrano snacking olive, grown nowhere else.
Taste: Bright and bold, with notes of fresh-cut grass, green olive, and citrus peel, and a clean, peppery finish.
Kalamata Extra Virgin Olive Oil A naturally bold and lush single-varietal 100% extra virgin olive oil, pressed from Kalamata olives hand-harvested early, while still green, from ancestral family groves in the Greek Peloponnese. Kalamata is one of the world's most prized table olives, and as an oil, it is exceptionally rare.
Taste: Bold and complex, with notes of green tomato leaf, artichoke, and herbs, and a long, lingering finish.
Ember Ancho Chili Vinegar A vibrant, layered vinegar with deep roasted flavor, subtle sweetness, and tangy heat. Lovingly crafted with California-grown roasted ancho, habanero, and bell peppers, this limited-edition release is the star of every summer table.
The olive oils are packaged in 375 mL / 12.7 fl. oz. fully-recyclable glass bottles that have been UV-coated to protect from damaging light.
The vinegar is packaged in a 200 mL recyclable glass bottle.

Brightland olive oils are made from only the finest olives - grown, harvested and cold–pressed at peak freshness in California, where quality standards are rigorous and exceed International standards by up to 4x. To ensure every olive oil bottle arrives as fresh and flavorful as the day it was pressed, we use UV-coated glass and nitrogen-capping to safeguard its exceptional flavor, freshness, and antioxidant integrity.
Brightland vinegars are handmade in small batches on a family-run organic farm on California's Central Coast, where fruit is hand-selected and double-fermented. Never rushed, never mass-produced.

Made in Sicily. Brightland's Nocellara del Belice olives are grown in the fertile hills of Castelvetrano, Sicily, where heritage groves and generations of family farmers cultivate one of the world's most celebrated olive varietals. Harvested early while still firm and vibrant green, the olives are cold-pressed within hours to preserve their fresh, peppery character and naturally bright flavor.
About Kalamata
Made in Greece. Brightland's Kalamata olives are grown in ancestral family groves across the Greek Peloponnese, where generations of farmers cultivate this prized varietal. Harvested early while still green and cold-pressed within hours, the olives produce an exceptionally rare extra virgin olive oil with bold, lush flavor and remarkable freshness.
About Ember
Ember was lovingly crafted on a small, family-run farm in California's Central Coast. It is fermented with peppers grown in California, and double-fermented — a natural, four-month process that builds bold flavor. It includes the mother, a naturally occurring enzyme packed with gut-healthy bacteria.

Brightlands products are bottled in a facility with strict allergen controls. Our packing facility is using dedicated equipment in a segregated area of our facility to produce any allergen containing products. Our bottling facility does pack another product containing a soy allergen, using caution and dedicated equipment in a segregated area of the facility.

This is the first time I have experienced these two types of olives in an oil. I love Castelvetrano olives for snacking but wow is is delicious in an oil. To my surprise though was the Kalamata oil. Wow, I could eat this one on everything. In fact, I used this oil to make a champagne vinaigrette with the champagne vinegar, absolutely amazing!
