About the Vinegar
Brightland’s vinegars are lovingly crafted on a small family farm in California’s Central Coast. To make our fruit-forward vinegars, local produce is handpicked and prepared for each batch. The fruit is then fermented for 8 weeks to extract a deep, aromatic flavor. Both vinegars are raw and double-fermented.

Brightland's olive oil's taste is excellent. My favorite is the ALIVE. It is not too heavy and works well paired with Brightland Champagne vinegar for salads and I drizzle it over my home made granola which I then mix with yogurt for a delicious breakfast!

The olive oil and honey are wonderful! I paired the olive oil with their Rapture basalmic vinegar for a basic vinagarette - it was out of this world!
The containers for the oil and vinegar are well made - easy to pour from and no dribbles down the side.
The honey is amazing as well and what brought me Brightland’s website. It was included in a tasting of several honeys on Cook’s Coutry tv show. It got rave reviews from them and now gets another great review from me.
I havent tried the chapagne vinegar yet but I have high expectations!

I have ordered from Brightland for several months now and I will only use their olive oil for all my cooking, marinades and homemade salad dressings. I branched out and got the vinegars and honey and now I will only use those as well. I highly recommend anyone on the fence about these products to just do it!! Just order it. Love all of the olive oil and vinegar flavors. I especially love the champagne vinegar. When my budget is ok I plan to order all of the oil flavors. The containers are very attractive.
