Olive Oil Drizzled Ice Cream
One of Team Brightland's favorite desserts is the smooth, luscious pairing of olive oil and ice cream.
Try our favorite simple but indulgent treat: ice cream enhanced with a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of sea salt.
Instructions
- 1 Place 2-3 scoops of vanilla ice cream (we love McConnell's) in a cup or bowl.
- 2 Drizzle with Brightland ALIVE olive oil and sprinkle a pinch of sea salt over the top. Voila!
Other combinations we love:
ARDOR chili olive oil with chocolate ice cream, port wine, and chopped figs.
LUCID lemon olive oil drizzled on vanilla ice cream.
ARISE basil olive oil poured over any citrus sorbet.
