Brightland’s Alive Extra Virgin Olive Oil is for drizzling and dressing up. Milled within hours of harvest for peak quality, this custom blend of Arbosana and Koreneiki olives dances like fresh-cut grass beneath your feet.
Packaged in a 375 mL / 12.7 fl. oz. fully-recyclable glass bottle that has been UV-coated to protect the olive oil from damaging light.

Alive Extra Virgin Olive Oil has a smoke point of 455°F. Because of the high quality and freshness of Brightland oil, you can cook with it however you like.

Clearly I have not been using 100% Olive Oil all these years when I thought I was and have been paying those prices for "Italian" olive oil. This olive oil stands out in dishes like my salads and veggies and has that slight peppery taste that olive oil is supposed to have. I did not tell my family I bought this and I just started to use it on veggies and the first thing I heard was wow these veggies sure taste good. :-)
